Decision frameworks, risk and uncertainty, avoiding common biases, and group decisions.

Day 4: Leading change

Why change fails, stakeholder mapping, communicating change and handling resistance.

Day 5: High-performing teams

Delegation, coaching conversations, feedback, accountability and a personal leadership action plan.
